Should I book a Wedding Planner before I book my Ceremony and Reception site?
Yes! Especially if you are planning to hire a full service planner. One of the features of our full service package is assisting you in selecting your ceremony and reception site. We can take you to several sites that fit the basic description of what you are looking for, and talk you through the pros and cons of each site, as well as the cost ramifications and logistics of each. We can also negotiate for you before you sign a contract to ensure that the contract addresses your needs, and that you fully understand the commitments you are making when signing your agreements. Who knows, we may show you a site that you never would have found on your own, and is exactly what you had in mind!
What does our Full Service Package include?
This package is popular with those clients that are looking for guidance throughout the planning process. It offers:
- Creation and management of a custom budget
- Unlimited consultation time and correspondence
- Negotiation and hiring of all vendors and 3rd party rentals
- Etiquette advice
- Customized planning schedule
- Custom design services – creating a look that is uniquely you.

What does our Partial Planning Package Include?
This package is popular with those clients that want to be hands on with most of the pre-planning, but realize they need a little more assistance in pre-planning and coordination in a couple categories.
Some of the services that are included are:
- Access to our preferred vendor list as referrals for those services we are not coordinating.
- Unlimited consultation time and unlimited correspondence for those areas we are acting as a full service planner
- Customized planning timeline and handling of month of logistics
- Vendor coordination the month before your wedding
- Custom design services – creating a look that is uniquely you

What does our Month Of Coordination Package include?
This package is chosen by those clients that are enjoying the planning process and want to be hands-on with most of the planning details, however, know they want someone to “take the reins” so that they can enjoy the big day. Some of the many services of the Month Of Coordination Package include:

- Unlimited email correspondence
- Coordination and management of 3rd party rentals
- Custom design services – creating a look that is uniquely you

I can’t decide which package is best for me. How do I decide?
I would suggest giving us a call to set up a preliminary phone or in person appointment. This preliminary appointment is free. We can talk through your wishes for your day and our services, and determine which package might be best for you.
I need help with the design of my wedding. How does a planner do that?
Some of our couples come to us with ideas in mind and we work with them to expand upon those ideas to create their “uniquely you” wedding. Others come to us with very little in mind and really need help to create that vision. In either case, we are happy to help. We will work with you to “discover” the design elements that will create your dream wedding, or just simply figure out the logistics to make your vision a reality.
Does a Wedding Planner save me money?
Definitely! One of our primary functions is to assist you in managing your budget. We are constantly keeping your budget in mind when suggesting vendors, and options. We use our knowledge of the industry, industry discounts, and our negotiating ability to get you the most for you money. I am planning a wedding outside of Charleston. Do you travel?
We offer services in the lowcountry of South Carolina including but not limited to: Kiawah Island, Edisto Island, Beaufort, Bluffton, Pawley’s Island and Myrtle Beach. Occasionally there are travel charges depending on logistics. We have coordinated weddings outside of South Carolina in the past but it is best to call to discuss your location and needs to determine whether we can be of service to you.
