What kind of packages do you offer?

Full Service Planning – Our most popular package which offers unlimited consultation time and coordination in all aspects of your wedding.

Petite Full Service Planning – Designed for weddings with 40 or less guests and offers unlimited consultation time and coordination of all aspects of your wedding.

Partial Planning – Includes everything in the month of planning package plus unlimited consultation time with vendors we manage such as catering, bar service, entertainment, photography, videography.

Month of Planning – Limited consultation time, assistance with rentals, logistics, and of course coordination of all vendors the day of the wedding.

Design and Decor – Assures you have someone to rely on to design and execute the vision for your special day

Should I book a Wedding Planner before I book my Ceremony and Reception site?

Yes! Especially if you are planning to hire a full service planner. One of the features of our full service package is assisting you in selecting your ceremony and reception site. We can take you to several sites that fit the basic description of what you are looking for, and talk you through the pros and cons of each site, as well as the cost ramifications and logistics of each. We can also negotiate for you before you sign a contract to ensure that the contract addresses your needs, and that you fully understand the commitments you are making when signing your agreements. Who knows, we may show you a site that you never would have found on your own, and is exactly what you had in mind!

What does the full service package include?

All of the services in our Month  of Package, plus assistance with selecting a caterer and menu, bar offerings, wedding cake design and hiring a baker, ceremony and reception entertainment, photography, and videography.

Our package includes creating floorplan for your wedding and reception, managing your 3rd party rentals, reviewing your vendor contracts, timeline, logistics, Ceremony rehearsal and much more. We are the first ones to arrive on site the day of your wedding and the last one’s to leave. Our Floral Design Team will handle all of your floral needs and will provide a custom quote for your wedding. This package is available for booking 9 months prior to your wedding day.

What does a Design and Décor package include?

Our Design expertise incorporating lighting and custom fabric draping options, use of Engaging Events décor pieces, access to our exclusive floral designs, 3rd party rental coordination and the option to add on day of coordination services.

I can’t decide which package is best for me. How do I decide?

I would suggest giving us a call to set up a preliminary phone or in person appointment. This preliminary appointment is free. We can talk through your wishes for your day and our services, and determine which package might be best for you.

I need help with the design of my wedding. How does a planner do that?

Some of our couples come to us with ideas in mind and we work with them to expand upon those ideas to create their “uniquely you” wedding. Others come to us with very little in mind and really need help to create that vision. In either case, we are happy to help. We will work with you to “discover” the design elements that will create your dream wedding, or just simply figure out the logistics to make your vision a reality.

Does a Wedding Planner save me money?

Definitely! One of our primary functions is to assist you in managing your budget. We are constantly keeping your budget in mind when suggesting vendors, and options. We use our knowledge of the industry, industry discounts, and our negotiating ability to get you the most for you money. Our experience will help you avoid those pitfalls that cost you time and money. The greatest measure of our success is if we are able to keep you in a budget you are comfortable with while at the same time creating the wedding you are dreaming of.
